Meaning and Use of Would and Used to
Today’s topic is Would vs Used to, their meaning and use. Both structures are used to talk about something that happened in the past but doesn’t exist any more in the present.
Examples
When I was a child, I used to be afraid of dogs. This means that now I’m free of that fear. Another example. When I lived in Voronezh, we would go to the Prague (restaurant) quite often.
To learn about the difference between the two structures, listen to the audio lesson and leave your comments, questions and likes on iTunes if you think it’s useful.
Good luck!).
