Lesson 2. Meeting Friends, Heroes, and Teachers
Objective: By the end of this 30-minute lesson, the students will be able to introduce themselves, ask and answer questions about their friends, heroes from books, and teachers using personal and possessive pronouns, question words, and conjunctions “and” and “but.”

Personal pronouns help us talk about ourselves and others. I am a student. She is my friend. We are friends. He is her brother. You are a teacher. They are heroes. It is a dog.
Look at the table below. The pronouns can be singular or plural.
