Where is it?

Lombok is an island in Indonesia, located east of Bali and west of Sumbawa. It is famous for its natural beauty, including pristine beaches, turquoise waters, waterfalls, and volcanoes. It is also known for its traditional crafts such as weaving and pottery, as well as its unique cuisine that includes spicy sambals* and fresh seafood. Additionally, Lombok is a popular destination for adventurous activities such as trekking, surfing, and diving.
*Sambal a hot sauce made from chopped vegetables or fruit, and spices, originally from Southeast Asia.
